Keep a lot of them in your drawers in all your favorite colors so you can add them to your outfit. They make it look a bit more relaxed and somewhat more street/urban.

I've been gone for almost a week now! So sorry! I had a couple of problems with the internet company that have now been fixed so, I am back!

I'm back and it would seem that we've also gone back in time with this outfit. Today we are going for something a bit more grunge, a bit more styled but still with that grunge essence.

We're adding some black skinny jeans to add a block of color to this outfit and to make the legs look slimmer. After we're adding an iconic red plaid shirt. You can't go wrong with this combination of colors, especially since the black jeans will make the red plaid really stand out.

Since fall is just around the corner we are adding some ankle boots. Also, if you haven't noticed...I'm obsessed with them. Finally finishing the outfit off with a simple black beanie in case the day is a bit cold, it's a perfect and simple way to keep warm and add a little something extra to the outfit.

Today I felt like a dress would be great for a Friday, but not something that is too fancy, something that is causal but still looks great. So, I found this black slip on dress that's just what I was looking for. I added a denim vest to bring the outfit together because it needed a little something extra and this helps bring out more casualness to the look.

I decided to add this chunky red necklace to bring a bit more color to the outfit since we have a lot of black going on, plus the cut on the dress allows us to bring this accessory to the outfit. Adding some platforms add more height which is useful so your legs look longer and are not cut off by the length of the dress. Last, a beanie.
