Back and ready for action! Had to take a break but now I am more ready than ever! Since it's a new year I decided to also bring in new looks and designs that I'm not that familiar with and use them to make new and amazing outfits to share with you.
Todays look is definitely fresh splash of the color blue. I don't use blue that much but it's such a beautiful color that simply adds coolness and freshness to any outfit. The top that I have here I just fell in love with, the v-cut neckline is simply amazing and the black print on top of the white and blue simply makes it stand out and makes it look elegant and chic.
Adding the leather pants to make the top stand out even more and to add some more textures to the outfit. I always have to add something that catches the eye, in this case it's these amazing pointed toe pumps! They simply stand out and don't drive attention away from the top. They simply pull the outfit together.
A great blue clutch and a simple bangle to add a bit of accessories to the outfit. We don't want to add too much because we don't want to drive attention away from the top. There you have it! Perfect for any day.
I miss you guys, hope you are glad I'm back! Love ya!

I had to take an unexpected break. Sorry for all that I left unfinished. I promise I would make it up by posting even more amazing outfits for you to check out!
Be on the lookout for new posts!
Love ya!
It seem like lately I've been inspired by certain decades to create these outfits. Today seems to be the 70's. Also, we are half way into our 8 Days of Xmas Outfits!
Like I said in a past post, I love high waisted, wide leg trousers and I had to include them in one outfit for this season. The red of the trousers really makes a statement. The high waist that has beautiful detail really adds something extra to the look. The white chiffon blouse was to make the look a bit more subtle since the pants are so eye catching. I love how the v-neck cleavage on this blouse is so sexy and sophisticated at the same time. The lines on this outfit are very straight which will make you look taller and slimmer.
Adding gold accents to add some shine and more color contrast to the outfit. It makes it that much more festive!
Today we are on day two of our 8 Days of Christmas outfits! Not only is this fun but it also helps to have a countdown until Christmas day!
Today I wanted to add a bit of red and green to the outfit because yesterdays outfit was based off of a red jumper. The main piece today is this 3/4 tartan green and blue skirt. I love the shape it gives to the body because you can definitely see the curves. I guess I've been going for more formal and classic looks and this is no exception. I added a white blouse to add something a bit more clean to the look. Since the skirt and the blouse alone looked a bit flat, I added this gorgeous red statement necklace that definitely makes everything in this outfit pop! Add some red pointed toe heels and you are ready to go!
This is perfect for an office Christmas party, it's simple and sophisticated. Perfect for this holiday season. Play around with colors and textures around this time. It's okay to be daring around the holidays, gets you more in the Christmas spirit.
Hey there everyone! Like I had said in the last post, we will be having a week of Christmas outfits. I thought this would come in handy for all of you who have no idea what to wear this holiday season. I wanted to put together some outfits that I hope will be of your liking.
This first outfit is very simple yet eye catching. I wanted to incorporate a jumper because you always want to keep a bit warm during the winter, and well, it obviously had to be a red one! The leather skirt I wanted to add because it was one of my favorite fashion pieces this year and well, red and black go very well together and the leather makes the look a bit more edgy. Since you will probably will be wearing this at a family Christmas dinner I added the black tights to add some more sophistication to the look and to be a bit more conservative and not bearing all your legs, lol! Last, a pair of black suede pumps to add more textures to the outfit.
Adding gold accessories makes the red and black of this look stand out so much more. Since the outfit is so simple I wanted to take a statement necklace that would stand out for the rest of the outfit and certainly be a conversation starter .
What do you think of this first Christmas outfit, what would you add or what would you remove? I´d love to hear from you!
To get in the spirit, from today until Christmas day I will be posting outfits that are suitable for this holiday season. The first outfit will be posted this late afternoon! Have any comments or suggestions, let me know!
Since yesterday´s outfit was more relaxed and simple I wanted to make today's outfit a bit more monochromatic and feminine.
The blue vintage style dress is the signature piece in this outfit. I simply fell in love with the cut and length of the dress. Since it has no prints I decided to add more color the look and did this with yellow pea coat. The bow on the coat adds a bit of old school fashion back. Something like back in the 50's. The brown heels add a subtle color that brings the outfit together. The necklace I added adds shine to the outfit because once you take off the coat all you are left is with the blue from the dress and we needed something that would stand out yet complement the outfit.
I love getting inspired by certain decades. It's amazing how fashion changes and yet manages to go back to the classics. What's your favorite fashion era. I would love to read your comments! Have a great weekend!
This past Wednesday I went off to Mexico City with a friend of mine because the Foo Fighters were in the country and well I could not miss that for the world! I had a blast, it´s probably one of the best concerts I´ve ever been too.
I thought I would share with you today an outfit that you can totally wear to a concert. With this you can still be fashionable, edgy and comfortable. Nothing says comfortable the way that jeans do so I threw on a pair of jeans with some lace up boots, this helps avoid getting wet feet. Obviously I needed to throw in the Foo Fighters shirt in there, the Foo logo in mustard yellow really stands out from the black of the rest of the shirt. Adding an army green jacket helps bring more color to the outfit and makes a lot more contrast, it also keeps you warm in case it gets cold after the show. Adding a beanie to give that more edginess and street style to this outfit. Adding a cross body bag because it helps you know where your stuff is in a situation like this and it´s more practical than a purse.
I love the different colors that are used in this outfit, they contemplate each other perfectly. What´s your must have piece to take to a concert, or what has been your favorite concert? I would love to hear your experiences and your answers to what you must have in a concert, fashion wise of course! Love ya!
Hello, today I wanted to start off the week a with a more sophisticated classic look that was really inspired from YSL. It's very clean, simple and overall fantastic.
I've always loved the outfits that are on YSL's runways and that's what inspired me to put this look together. Not only is black and white very clean, it's also very delicate and fancy.
The white blouse has a black bow that I thought worked great with super skinny black leggings. It works as an accessory and it makes the white really stand out. Adding some leather pumps brings more texture to the outfits and makes it that much more interesting.
When I wanted to finish this outfit off I added the fedora and then the sunglasses and realized that I was somehow inspired by the Blues Brothers as well. Last I added a golden oversized clutch to bring in a bit of color to the look.
Rock this outfit at the office, on a date, a night out with friends. It's very versatile and you will definitely look amazing wearing it.
Today I'm gonna play around a bit with colors, textures and prints. These are al simple and basic colors that are easy to play around with but look great all together.
The basics in this outfit are the leggings and blouse which are both black to be able to make the rest of the outfit stand out and give a neutral background for all of this. By adding the grey blazer it adds a bit more or light to the look making the black stand out even more. Since I love playing around with prints and this week I haven't had the need to wear heels and want something way more comfortable I added this pair of amazing leopard print loafers that are sure to stand out from the outfit. And to literally top it off add a burgundy hat. Not only is this hat amazing and trendy it will make you look a bit mysterious and definitely fashionable and chic.
Don't be afraid to mix up colors and different prints, sometimes being a little out there goes a long way!
I know I've been gone for too long and well to tell you the truth I missed you all! So since it's a comeback why not jump right into it with a jumper (lol).
Since it's beginning to feel a bit more cold outside or at least where I am it is. I wanted to put together an outfit that would make you feel warm and cozy but still make you look super fashionable and relaxed.
That's why I put together this outfit with colors that are not all that bright, maybe to blend with the beautiful autumn leaves and their amazing color.
Since beanies are a big fall trend we also wanted to incorporate that into the outfit because it looks great and it also keeps you warm, it's a win-win situation. We added some wine red acid wash jeans to bring a little edge and color to the outfit and that brings a little contrast from the jumper and the beanie.
One part I really love about this are the boot! Don't you just love that pointed toe? Add a necklace and a bag and you're ready to hit the road on this monday.

I was absent for a while but I´m definitely back!
Ever get the mood to wear cowboy boots? I love cowboy boots. To me they make an out fit look somewhat outback and well obviously more country and relaxed.
Adding a skirt to this outfit will make it look more feminine and it will also make the boots stand out a lot more. Not only that but the navy blue will make the boots stand out more because that's what I would want people to notice in this outfit.
We add a sleeveless blouse to make the look a bit more fresh and we add a colorful necklace just to add more color.
This is an outfit that you can wear any day of the week. It's simple, fashionable, relaxed and colorful.
Uniqlo sleeveless shirt / Circle skirt, $20 / Dingo brown boots / Banana Republic brown purse / Bead necklace, $26

There's usually a day when all you feel like doing is cozying up at home and feel relaxed. Today the weather over here makes me feels like wearing a sweater to feel a bit more warm.
I'm a fan of Batman so why not throw in a Batman sweater into the outfit. Put it together with some dark wine/purple jeans to make that Batman logo stand out a bit, not only that but to also play along with a little color and not make your outfit too monochromatic. Add some ankle boots and a watch to bring the outfit all together.
And just in case you feel like heading out after a small marathon of Batman movies, add some shades to cover up from the sun!

I have drawers full of these babies. I have tons of them in my husbands car and well at least one pair in each purse. I'm talking about sunglasses, they are a big part of who I am and well they are a little something else you can add to your outfit.
Today I found these double toned flat-topped sunglasses that I just loved. The black and the wood print just simply look amazing together and give the glasses such an edgy and fresh look. Not only are they great they are also super affordable!
What's the one thing you can't live without, leave a comment and let us know!
I'm definitely taking advantage of these last summer days. We're going to miss the wind going through our legs once that cold wind starts coming in, so why not put together an outfit with a skirt. I love anything that is wine colored, maybe because I love red wine but that's not the point. It's a great color that can really make an outfit look more subtle, relaxed and elegant.
Play with belts to bring out a bit more in your outfits. Throw one some boots and you're good for a day out on the town with some friends.

I like to make statements with my outfits by accessorizing and one of my favorites is...hats! They can always make any look either look more conservative or make it more fun, obviously depending on the type of hat you are wearing. Today, I fell in love with this one.
